However, please let us know the website url (which you're trying to access), also I request you to try to access that website again, if AVG blocks it again, then please take a screenshot of the  AVG pop up and share with us to assist you further. Know how to unquaratine a file but cannot find where or how to unquaratine a valid site address. Does not show up in the quaratine listing.

Can't find any info on how to resolve the problem. or where the listing is.

First of all as I stated before the the item does not show up in the quarantine listing( I have run into this before for another situaton) . Is there more than one Qusratine list.
The website is www.melloyello.com. A vendor involved with Coca Cola.

Where is the quarantined website info stored.

Larry, If AVG blocks this website www.melloyello.com, please disable the Online shield component (AVG>Menu>Settings>Component) and check if the Internet connection is working fine.

If the issue fixes after disabling the Online Shield, please uninstall and reinstall that component alone.
