A new e-mail adress to an excisting account

We understand that you want to add an email address to your AVG account.
We're sorry to hear that you are unable to reach our support via email.
We are here to provide you with the support you need. We will certainly look into this and help you. 
To change the email address that is connected to your AVG Account:
-Sign in to your AVG Account with your current email address using the link below: AVG Account
-Click Go to account settings on the Account settings tile.
-Under Email, select Change.
-Enter the new email address and your current AVG Account password, then -click Save changes.
Your preferences will be saved.

Important: After you change the email address that is connected to your AVG Account, the following changes occur:
-You will need to use the new email address to sign in to your AVG Account.
-Your AVG Account will display only the subscriptions and payments that are associated with the new email address.
-Notification emails (for example, notifications about up-coming payments) will be sent to the new email address.

If you see the message 'This email address is already being used in another account', let us know and we will help with merge your current AVG Account with the previous AVG Account.
If you are facing any issue or any error appear, please help us with the screenshot of the error message you got. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
