A payment of£44.99 was taken from my account 28/9/2018 I require a refund please

On the 28/9/2018 a sum of £44.99pence was taken from my bank account, I was only looking for a security for my computer but yours was to expensive. I have since found another  firm to fill my requirement. I received your email this morning asking me send you a photocopy of my bank statement
I am unable to do this as my printer has broken down at present. You have my bank card details as I you took payment via my bank card. I don't have an address for your company so I am unable to it this way.
