Let us explain this clearly. You have been charged for renewal of AVG Anti-Virus 1 computer.
When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. You will receive an email regarding the automatic extension of AVG subscription before 45 days and will be billed 15 days before the product expires.
The renewal notification has been sent on 2019-04-30. If you couldn't find this email in your inbox, it might have landed on your spam folder. The auto renewal status is not cancelled for this product, that's why you got charged. Do you have any case number to check with this cancellation request?

Hi.
This morning I received an email from Paypal saying that I just made an automatic payment to "DRI*AVG Technologies" for a total of €49,99 EUR.
The problem is that I have not used an AVG product for almost 2 years and my last phone call with the customer service I made sure that I cancelled all my licences…
Any help?

Thank you for explaining, Loic. We understand your concern & have inititated the refund process. An email confirming the same has been sent to you. However, it seems that you've reached our phone support & have cancelled the automatic renewal of duplicate subscriptions (excluding the subscription which has renewed).
