Hello Mick,
We will help you sort it out. Please go to control panel > program and features > look for AVG PC TuneUp. If it's there, uninstall the existing AVG PC TuneUp program from your computer.
After that, click here > scroll down and click "Install and activate with a license number (1-10 computers)" for the instruction to download/install/activate your paid AVG PC TuneUp.

AVG Tune up has been eliminated from my PC due to a PC crash .AVG has charged me for the renewal but I can't action it as Tune up no longer appears on my PC.How can I reactivate it?
