Aanloggen met een eID kaart lukt niet

Hallo,
Ik heb een betalende versie van AVG
Aanloggen met een eID kaart lukt niet.

Ik moet in de "options" kunnen en volgende instelling kunnen uitvinken.
bij  "Bescherming van surfen"
"gecodeerde (TLS en SSL) netwerkverkeer scannen" wegvinken

In het scherm van AVG vind  ik nergens een knop   "options"

Iemand een oplossing

I'd request you to disable each AVG component individually to narrow down which is causing the issue.
1. Open AVG Internet Security.
2. Click on Settings -> Components.
3. Toggle the On/Off slider against each component to disable them.

I,ve tryed it but it doesn't work. 
Then I also  tryed the other combinations,  but no luck.


It must be something with the SSL scanning.

Bruno, thank you for explaining in English. Please open AVG Internet Security, click on Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Once this is done, click on "Network Profile(Left side of the interface) and change the profile to "Private" if selected in "Public".

After changing this setting check if you are able to access this eID card with AVG this option enabled.

I can't use my eID card to login to the goverment applications.
AVG is blokking the identification prcedure
I must try to  put some options off.
I should open
Options
then find 
Protection of surfing ?
then 
"coded (TLS and SSL)networktraffic scanning" -  switch off

How do I manage this problem
