I see that you have purchased AVG Password protection (1 year subscription) and registered under ******@telenet.be email address.
The other account ****@gmail.com has AVG Secure VPN (2 years subscription), AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) and AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license.
Please be informed that AVG Password protection and AVG Secure VPN activation is only by entering AVG my account credentials.
Since you have the products registered under different email address you will be able to use only one login credentials at a time on the program interface.
If you would like to use both password protection and secure VPN on the same PC then it is recommended to merge the accounts.
May I know which email address you would like to have for AVG after merging?
NOTE: Do not provide complete email address, just mention the domain name.

When I bought a subscription for Password protection my (email address removed) was to accepted. They asked to use another address. So I used a new (email address removed) Now I can not activate my prodect because the login for my other AVG products is: (email address removed) How to solve the problem? Can't you change the login for password protection into the login for my AVG products? I hope that you can solve the problem. Many thanks.
