Based on your advertising with a discount of 3.78 € I had you transferred an amount of € 25.49 on 11/19/2015. See your invoice dated 11.24.2015 Order No .: 68777344, AVG Order reference number: 35-6137531.
I thought that it was for the renewal of AVG PC TuneUp, which until 2015-12-13. ran.
Under the mentioned order I received from you a confirmation of purchase from 11.24.2015, with the Description of product for a subscription to AVG Performance Multi Device, which was unknown to me, but I still held for the renewal of TuneUp.
I was then asked to pay a higher amount.

On 01/07/2016 I received an automated response, in my related products that you have listed.
It turned out that I had the product AVG Internet Security paid twice, or
once for two PCs and one for a PC. But I have only one PC and not 2 or even. 3
As I was told, I was unprotected, I had for the two PCs that I have not,
pay at 01/07/2016 € 46.99. And I have a contract with expiry date 2016-07-17 for a PC.
Similarly, it is confused with the product TuneUp: Here there are also two contracts:
a 2 for PCs, the expiration date has 2015-12-23 and I wanted to have extended to the said payment in November 2015th The second contract runs until 2016-01-23 to which I drew attention to the expiry.
I ask you to bring order to my contracts, so to reduce to a contract for a PC to pay for the double payment for AVG Internet Security and my payment from November 2015 for the extension of TuneUp to use for a year.

Ich war der Meinung, das sei für die Verlängerung von AVG PC TuneUp, das bis 2015-12-13. lief.
Unter der genannten Bestellnummer erhielt ich von Ihnen eine Kaufbestätigung vom 24.11.2015, mit der Bezeichnug für ein Abonnement von AVG Performance multidevice, das mir unbekannt war, ich aber weiterhin für die Verlängerung von TuneUp hielt.
Ich wurde dann zur Zahlung eines höheren Betrages aufgefordert.

Am 07.01.2016 erhielt ich eine automatische Antwort, in der meine von Ihnen bezogenen Produkte aufgeführt wurden.
Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass ich das Produkt AVG Internet Security doppelt bezahlt hatte, bzw.
einmal für zwei PCs und einmal für einen PC. Ich habe aber nur einen PC und nicht 2 oder sogar 3.
Da mir mitgeteilt wurde, ich sei ungeschützt, musste ich für die zwei PCs die ich gar nicht habe,
am 07.01.2016 46,99 € bezahlen. Dabei habe ich für einen PC eine Vertrag mit Ablaufdatum 2016-07-17.
Ähnlich verworren ist es bei dem Produkt TuneUp: hierbei gibt es ebenfalls zwei Verträge:
einen für 2 PCs, der das Ablaufdatum 2015-12-23 hat und den ich mit der genannten Zahlung im November 2015 verlängert haben wollte. Der zweite Vertrag läuft bis 2016-01-23 zu dem ich auf den Ablauf hingewiesen wurde.
Ich bitte Sie, Ordnung in meine Verträge zu bringen, also auf einen Vertrag für einen PC zu reduzieren, die doppelte Zahlung für AVG Internet Security zu vergüten und meine Zahlung vom November 2015 für die Verlängerung von TuneUp für ein Jahr zu verwenden.
