We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. Could you let us know if you are using any VPN connection to connect to your internet? Did you try to use a different web browser ? Please let us know to which region of the world do you belong to.

Hi,
I am trying to change my password and am getting the same "Access Denied" message.  I am connected to the Internet via broadband through my local ISP.  Nothing peculiar.  I am in Australia.
THere may be a broader problem.

Hi, 

I have purchased AVg antivirus security for a year. I formatted my system and i could no longer access the My account page. I am getting this error message " 

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://myaccount.avg.com/" on this server.

We see the AVG My Account page is working fine from our end. Could you please try to use a different web browser to check if you can login to your account?
