what is the point of a FAQ where you dont provide the answer?

I'm having the same problem ie Access denied to Tesco - please what is the solution?

Tesco.com Access Denied

Over the previous year I have been getting intermittent 'Access Denied' messages when trying to do online shopping with Tesco.com.  More recently this has now changed to continuous blocking of the website.  The message reads:

You don't have permission to access "http://www.tesco.com/account/login/en-GB" on this server.

Is this a Firewall or VPN issue - I have full Internet Security installed on all our home computers and we cannot access tesco from any PC.  I have also tried Chrome & Edge - No joy.  Only AVG and Brave browsers can access. Also Andorid Chrome can access - so not the ISP.

Any thoughts?

I'm having the same problem ie Access denied to Tesco - please what is the solution?

Just to clarify I have tried:

Clearing the cache and cookies
Multiple Browsers (only AVG and Brave were successful)
Multiple Browser secruity settings
Different PCs
Android Chrome and iPad Chrome over same wireless connx (ISP) were successful in accessing
