I cannot get into my AVG account. My email and password are correct. I activated two factor verification in 2021. Since then I have purchased a new phone and accidentally did not transfer my authicator app from my old android to my new iPhone so cannot provide the required 6 digit code. I do not have a recovery code (cannot find one anywhere!). When I seek help I am asked to go to my account, which I cannot do. How do I obtain a new recovery code please? I have three AVG subscriptions.
My reason for wanting to get into my account is to:
amalgamate my separate accounts into a single account;
transfer my subscription to my new computer which I am now setting up.
