Access to one of the FTP server

Hello Harshit,
May I ask how you narrowed this down to AVG? Did you disable firewall temporarily and the URL worked? Please make sure that AVG firewall network profile is set to private in AVG settings.

Open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Network profile and change it to Private.

I am not able to access one of the FTP URLs. Firewall blocks it. Please help me how do I add into exception.
