Thank you for the screenshot, we see from the screenshot that your trail version of AVG expired. To stop this pop-up from coming, you need to uninstall this trial version and install the AVG Free. Please click on this link to download and run the AVG remover tool

Note: Once the removal of AVG is complete, go to C Drive and delete the AVG remover folder. After which you can install AVG http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Protection_Free_1606.exe.<br>Thank you

I'm unable to get past the pop up regarding upgrading/purchasing the PRO option when trying to access the virus vault. The virus vault has one of the application files I need to restore for one of the games to work. Please assist.
