We do not process any unauthorized charges without intimating our customers. We sent a pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry. The e-mail might have landed up in spam/junk folders.

i have a trial version of avg, but i was just charged for a purchase of avg tune up which i did not authorize. i tried to get a refund on the website, but i need a order number, and a license number/product key, which was supposed to be sent to my email, but i checked my entire email, and did not recieve one from avg. i need help getting a refund, can someone help?
