Account activation

Okay I’ve done that and reinstalled AVG. The zen is gone but it won’t recognize my subscription and I see no where to login on the AVG user interface. I logged in online repeatedly at you website but nothing changes. Super frustrated. Have been unable to use my subscript since I renewed on feb 7

You seemed to have the older version of AVG TuneUp Unlimited. AVG Zen has been removed and we request you to remove the existing program from your control panel.
Proceed installing the latest version of the program by referring this article and activate it using your AVG MyAccount credentials.

I recently purchased a new subscription for AVG unlimited. The App hasn't recognized it and still wants me to buy a subscription to unlock features. I have signed out and signed in to the Zen network several times with the same credentials i use on this website. I have also exited the network and reconnected. Is there anything else I can try?

This isn't the experience we want you to have, Victoria. 

To activate : Open AVG TuneUp - Click on 'My AVG' at top right corner - Select 'My subscriptions' - Login to AVG My Account. 

If you have already tried the above steps, we'd suggest you to avail our free remote support. An email which includes the steps to connect remotely has been sent to you. This might also get into your spam/junk folder.
