Their was another purchase of AVG total Security. I already one year and 7 months, now another two years, I am using the newer service. What happens to the old plan. I have 24 hour tech support, but have to call in. How secure is it for tech support to login and clean a computer. I have had to reset my computer to it's manufacturer settings because the control prompt and other functions on the computer were being configed by tech. Safety and security questions in other words.
