Hello Jake,

I am sorry to hear that. I see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG AntiVirus valid till 5/4/2018. If you delete your AVG MyAccount now, the active subscriptions in your account will be deleted and you will no longer be able to use the subscription. If you wish, I can disable the automatic renewal in your account, so you will not be renewed by AVG again. Once the product expires, you can delete your AVG MyAccount.

I want to delete my account. Especially so no more renewals happen that I am unaware of.

Thank you for the confirmation. You can contact us later once your AVG subscription expires. And I have cancelled the automatic renewal from our end and you will not be charged by AVG again.
