Please visit https://www.avg.com/gdpr, enter your email address and click Request Access. Then, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, this does not work. When I enter the e-mail address that I am using here, I receive an error that the e-mail address could not be found in the database. Interestingly, I received the notification to your reply to this very e-mail address.
