Account Login failure

I cannot access my account. "Invalid Password" is displayed.
I tried "Forgot your password?" and that also failed. It kept asking me to "Check the Box" which I did, and I was put in a continuing loop that would not allow me to enter my email address, which is: actjw@earthlinknet

ALSO I tried the "Chat" option and "Loading" circled for twenty minutes before i shut it down. SO: Change password doesn't work… chat doesn't work… what the hell is going on with you people? Why can't I email my problem? Telephone is not an option.
