Account says no subscriptions

Not sure where to start here it seems I have loads of issues.  Firstly I have just purchased a new pc and while logging into my AVG account to check on how to transfer my subscriptions I find that it tells me that I have no subscriptions.  How do I go about sorting this problem, need to do something quickly as I am without security.
