More than one issue: 1. My account info shows I have 10 devices. I have only 1. How can I view how much I paid for service and make the adjustment to just one device?
2. This past week I received a call saying an online service that I have for cleaning and protecting my PC was going out of business–I was given the option to press a number to claim any refund that might be due. I do have use AVG and am wondering if you are going out of business.
3. Is there a way to view or receive by mail: how much I have paid toward making my PC secure and cleaning it up? Would like to know how much paid for 10 devices and how much it costs for one device.
