And also please be informed that, this account issue does not conflict with AVG PC TuneUp installation. We suggest you to completely remove and reinstall AVG to fix this issue.

Your message states " We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products". 
Does this affect my PC Tune-UP.  I can not install this component.  I reach 90% install, then it gives a message - Failed.  I am running Vista.
Can you email me please when were back up and running right as I haven't the time to keep popping back in here.
