I see that there are two orders. The first order was canceled and the second order was processed successfully and hence you received that email.

I paid 69.99 for avg internet security unlimited. My bank account shows it's been paid. I want to know why I just received an email saying you canceled my order because no funds were received??? I've been using AVG since 2013. I'm really upset and want this fixed.
