What is going on with the management console – Zen was working, but now??
There is absolutely no way to connect to my cellphone…. Even after a full reinstall.
That means that the “Anti-theft package” is worthless – So what is the point with the product??

My problem is that it seems that every installation is running in some kind of “stand alone” even as there are connected to the same account…
It was working “just fine” until some update some weeks ago. But since then I have absolutely no connection to my sellphone anymore

Please tell what is going on – if I should change to some other product, since I have no use for this product if it cant protect my cellphone anymore.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Since AVG Zen app has been discontinued for Android, you may not be able to manage your android devices from Zen interface on your windows computer, because the URL has been changed to my.avg.com.

I would request you go to my.avg.com and enter your AVG Myaccount credentials to see the Android device information and Anti-theft notifications. Also, add and manage devices from PC Zen interface on Windows PC, instead the devices can be viewed by logging in my.avg.com and the scan and update feature cannot be monitored from the my.avg.com. However, our developers are working on the redesign of AVG Zen interface.
