Hello,
I bought performance pro but what I try it won't activate. I downloaded it with chrome, firefox and explorer but nothing. On my account it says that it is active but I get all the time the message that I need to update and buy pro. i relogged several times too I restarted my rauter so I dont know it anymore.
Any idea what I can do?

We are sorry to know that the issue persists. Did you earlier use/install AVG PC Tune Up before installing your new program? If so, please remove 'AVG PC Tune Up' using "AVG Remover tool"(http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ).Choose 'AVG PC Tune Up' from the list of programs when detected by remover tool. Please restart to complete the uninstalling process. After restarting , 'search' for a folder "AVG Remover"(usually in 'C' drive) and please delete it manually. And then I request you to install your program 'AVG Performance'(http://avgclick.me/1FmXxG7
