Let us try changing the network profile of AVG Firewall and check the status.
Open AVG Internet Security program interface.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components–>Customize" of Enhanced Firewall.
Click on "network profiles" and see whether the connection is set as "public".
If yes, click and change it to "private" and click Ok.
Check the status with Acronis True image application.

It was set as Private. The Email still fails.I also see nothing in the Enhanced Firewall Log about it being blocked. I am not sure AVG is blocking it, just trying to verify that.
