Actication of AVG Ultimate code

Dear Sir, Madam, 

Just now I purchased an AVG ultimate 2020 code through groupon. Two years ago, I also acquired my AVG purchase this way without any issues. Now, however, I encounter problems. After entering the activation code, a new window pops up stating: Thanks! Just one more thing. After entering my first and last name, as well as my e-mail address and postal code, I get the following error: 

Sorry, our servers aren't responding right now. Please try again later. I have attempted this, but as of yet to no prevail. 

Please help me resolve this issue.
