I purchased 2 years of upgrade coverage earlier today. I was instructed to go to my AVG dashboard and activate the program. I opened the AVG icon on my desktop; nothing matches the four AVG features items am supposed to see on an AVG dashboard or connect or my e-mail address. What I do see is You are fully protected and a series of boxes that begins with Computer and ends with Payments; followed by Scan Computer. Also, I see a message telling me that my computer is cluttered and am urged to click on the orange link. That is how I started the process of ordering a 2-year upgrade.

I have had difficulties with you folks before, particularly when I made a similar 2-year purchase as this one and received a notice less than a week later that my subscription will expire soon. This does not inspire confidence. Please resolve this as soon as possible–before my 48-hour period for activating expires on Monday morning (January 21). Or I will cancel my order.
