I am sorry to hear that you are facing error code issue in VPN. Please do change the location of the VPN by following the below instructions.
- Click Change location on the main application screen.
- Do select a different country and city to connect with.
- Make sure that you are not connected with same location.
If the issue persists follow these instructions. Please try switching the VPN protocol to Mimic or OpenVPN – you can find that option in the App Settings:
- Windows: ☰ Menu ▸ Settings
- Mac: ☰ Menu ▸ Preferences

I downloaded secure VPN with my updated subscription. When I ‘turn on’ VPN, it goes green for 3 seconds, then says to report to AVG support ‘ERROR CODE MRP4CU. I tried again and it said to report ERROR CODE KC2M13. Can you correct this problem?
