Activate the tune-up I just purchased I cant enter the product key

We request you to follow the instructions provided below to activate your AVG PC TuneUp program.
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp.
2. In the AVG PC TuneUp window, click Help & Support, and then click Activate product.
3. Insert your Product Key into the Product key field, and then click Next.
4. Your AVG PC TuneUp will now be activated with a new license number.
