I have tried to activate the product yu sold me and have had my money and after at least 12 attempts I still can not activate the product. you gave me a new licence number which ders nothing to help mw activate the product so for the last 3 weeks I 've had no cover  re security etc and yet you have taken my money. This is going to be my last attempt and if that fails I will cancel my account and go elsewhere. so what I would suggest you do is issue me with a valid licence number so I can activate the product, This is your last chance, if you still want me as a customer.
