We request you to follow the below steps in AVG and check whether AVG Anti spam is enabled.
- Open AVG
- Choose "Advance Settings" from option drop down menu.
- Choose Email Protection on the left hand side.
- Check whether AVG Anti-spam is enabled.
Also provide us the screenshot of the plugin which is inactive, so that we can assist you better. Also let us know whether you wish to setup Anti-spam in your outlook or in your AVG?

I activated the anti spam filter on AVG and it is not showing on the outlook banner. When i go into options on outlook it shows as an 'inactive addin." I would like to use the anti spam filter. What do I do. Thanks.
