Hi, I have a new pc, and have recently bought your product. I have downloaded and tried to instal, however, something is blocking the installation due to requiring proxy settings. I am at a loss as to why it is asking for this? This is the reason why I haven't activated as yet. I recently upgraded my internet to adsl rather than using a mobile wifi. Could this be the reason?
