Activating my AVG protection

I have an automatic renewal for my AVG account. I was not able to activate the renewal in November 2017, for which my account was debited $74.99AUD, Invoice 703-20****. 

December 9th I attempted to activate the account and was charged $59.99 AUD for Internet Security and $47.99 for AVG Tune-up and still received nothing on order number 11383*****

I was unable to activate the account so could not input the code TMI4U-TEFH9-6J***-4R***-K9***

I again attempted to renew my security on 29th December, order number 703-23***, again paying an amount of $74.99AUD and received input code IMCZP-YF7**-NYU**-QB4**-XYJ**-GH**. 

When I follow the download instructions I do not get access to a window to add my code. There has been no automatic download or renewal of my subscription. I am now operating on basic AVG free and have added AVG Secure VPN.
I have used AVG for a number of years, have never previously had difficulty in renewing my subscription. I have now paid considerably more than my annual subscription. Is it possible that AVG can assist and update my account AT NO ADDITIONAL COST?

I have previously sought help from your Australian Subsiduary and received no response from my email. 

I would appreciate a prompt action from AVG or a refund of all payments not currently in use.
