I have paid £57.36 for my AVG VPN and cannot activate it on any of my 3 products laptop, phone and tablet. 
Re my laptop - when I try and activate it by clicking the icon on my front desk I am just sent to a page where I can get a free trial or buy the product. 
Re. my phone - the lit up icon on my downloads just sends me the message that ' no apps can perform this action' 
Re my tablet the downloaded icon is not lit up and is unresponsive.
