Activating my renewed subscription for AVG Tuneup

I feel like I'm running in circles. I renewed my subscription July 24, and realized I needed to activate it.  I have the code, however, it tells me it has expired.  Has anyone else encountered this?  Or better yet, is there an email where I can contact tech support?
Help appreciated!!

Upon checking your account, we can see that you've placed your AVG TuneUp subscription into dispute and that you've already contacted our concerned team regarding the same issue.
They'll check the screenshots you've shared, reinstate your AVG TuneUp and update the status via email.
