Activating my renewed subscription for AVG Tuneup

I feel like I'm running in circles. I renewed my subscription July 24, and realized I needed to activate it.  I have the code, however, it tells me it has expired.  Has anyone else encountered this?  Or better yet, is there an email where I can contact tech support?
