Activating old license on new laptop

We regret for the inconvenience. Upon checking your account, we see that you have AVG Internet Security (1 computer) and AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) . You can transfer the license to your new computer .  We have sent an email to your registered email address, please follow that email to install AVG Products in your new computer.

Purchased AVG Internet Security in November 2016 on a two year license. Have upgraded to a new laptop running Windows 10 and wanted to transfer and activate my product  for the remaining 20 months of its term?
Any suggestions. Have emailed AVG help three times… no reply
