Hi I have received your email dated on 21 Nov 2018 and the subscription order has been cancelled  ( billing order #54515573700), but when I received my credit card statement I have found that you have charged the subscription fee to my credit card on that day (transaction code number: 806122 on my credit card) .
 
Please refund the subscription fee to my credit as soon as possible.

Hi,

Currently I have the unlimited Ultimate subscription, it will expire in 1 year. I thought it would expire this year, so I bought another 2 years from Frys store. Later I realize I have another year to go, I can't return the box to store as I have opened it and get the activation code. If I activate it, will it extent the subscription to 3 years (current 1 year plus 2 years)? or just 2 years of this new purchase?

Please help and advise of what to do to have total 3 years.
