I followed step by step instructions to retrieve my acvivation code for a new device but the webpage gave me this response.
TIP:If you do not see an AVG subscription, the subscription is not yet linked to your AVG Account. Optionally contact AVG Support and request that the missing subscription is added to your account.
This seems like I cannot get my activation code. Has anyone experienced this and overcome it?
