It seems that an older version of AVG AntiTrack is installed. 
Please let us know the version of AVG AntiTrack that is installed on your computer (Open AVG AntiTrack - Menu - Settings - version info would be listed at bottom right corner).

I've been sent an email with an activation code for AVG AntiTrack.  The code does not work.  The app asks for it in a format that doesn't work. It wants 16 characters thus: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.  The code emailed to me by AVG has 18 characters. Very strange.  Can someone at AVG please help.

Thanks Dinesh it's good to get support.  Unfortunately the app just keeps closing on me before I can open settings.  Have tried a dozen times.  Because it's not activated? I used the link in the email from AVG last week to download this app.  Is there a way out of this mess?  Very glad for your help.  Cheers Brendan
