The exact difficulty is this: whether I try to activate my multi-device lisence using the AVG log in or the activation code which was sent to me it fails. The AVG account does not pick up my subscription and the activation gives the following error "Sorry, something went wrong…"

This is totally unacceptable! I've followed all the steps under trouble shooting without success.

I purchased AVG Tuneup for 10 devices, but the activation code has only worked on the first device, must I have a different code per device? Logging into my AVG account also did not activate the license.
I'm really struggling to get help, Chat is not available and there is no help line available in South Africa.
