Activation of AVG PC Tuneup

Open AVG PC TuneUp and check if you are able to see "Zen" at the top left corner.

If yes, it means that you have wrong version of AVG PC TuneUp installed.

Uninstall this wrong version from the control panel and click on this link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-download-and-install-AVG-PC-TuneUp for the steps to install and activate AVG PC TuneUp.

I renewed my software and have the activation KEY. I know where it is supposed to go but when I pull down that menu, there are no lines for "Product Registration" or "Product Activation". Therefore, I cannot enter my Product KEY nor can I activate my product. The necessary lines are simply missing from my Help menu.

You have solved my problem. I uninstalled the wrong version, installed the correct version and entered my KEY. It is working beautifully. Thank you.
