Why after I activate my full AVG account which apparently includes upto 10 devices and I include my phone and tablet do my passwords suddenly become WRONG?

This is the same for myself, I have sent an email through because I was not even able to log into the support until now. I was able to activate the paid subscription but not able to then use the login to AVG my account on the app kept telling me my password was wrong
