Activation of Tune up on my iMac

I recently purchased AVG Tuneup for my PC and iMac, it has installed fine on both and is running OK on the PC, but when I open the App on the iMac it asks for me to login using my e-mail and password but when I do it simply tells me that the "email and password don't match".

I have rest my password without success and also deleted and reinstalled the App 3 times now, also without success . . . .

Any ideas?
