Activation of VPN kills Internet connection after last update of VPN

Greetings, I encountered a significant issue (but as I see here in the forum, I'm not far alone) after performing the latest update of AVG VPN.
If I activate VPN, Internet connection is killed and does not work until restart of the computer is done.
This problem occurs on all of my computers where AVG VPN is installed.
It's unbelievable you published so crappy update, how to resolve the issue please?

Thank you for writing us back Karel,
I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would suggest you to follow the below instructions.

  • Open AVG Internet Security.
  • Click the Web & Email.
  • Click Open above Enhanced Firewall.
  • Select the Networks tab.
  • Click Show settings next to the VPN network which you are connected with.
  • Change it to I trust this network.
If the issue persists get back to us we will help you further.

Greetings, unfortunately, after activating AVG VPN no error message appears, the main button turns green. Howevere, an attempt to open any website ends with endless waiting for connection.
