Hello. I have been an AVG subscriber since 2011. While I have never had any serious viruses or attacks I do have an issue with adding new devices & removing old ones DURING my subscription period. Currently, my subscription is not due for renewal until May 2020. This is what I paid for:
AVG Ultimate
1-year subscription, Unlimited devices, billed annually
Now I need to add a new ASUS laptop & remove old one. I cannot find any guidance on how to do that. Can I please get some assistance with this?
Also, the new laptop came with a trial period of AVAST. My IT guy said that is AVG. Can I keep my existing account & just add this laptop to my 10 allowed devices or what?
