It seems that you have signed in to your AVG account as admin, please click on the "Connected" option at the top corner of the Zen interface and select "Login as Admin". This should make visible the plus(+) symbol, from where you can send the invitation code.

I'm trying to add a phone to my avg protection. Instructions say tap the + symbol next to the desktop icon in the avg zen window, but there is no + symbol on mine. so now what?
