Hello - I recently changed my ISP to US Cellular, and they use a dynamic IP address which shows me as being somewhere near Chicago (I'm in New Hampshire). Consequently I can't access the NH Lottery because they require you to be in state to play online. The nearest location to me in VPN is Boston, MA - but that's still not NH. Is there any chance of getting a NH location added to the VPN service? thank you!
