I see from your record that you have been charged only 79.99S for the renewal of AVG Internet Security.

We do not see any other charge under this email address. I have sent you an email, please reply to that email with the screenshot of your bank statement where it shows that you were charged by AVG for USD 59.99.

​​​​​​I have the multi device coverage, I understand that it costs 79.99 a years and that's fair, but why was I also charged 59.99 for nothing. I would appreciate to know exactly where this extra 59.99 is coming from, until then I will not authorize this transaction with my bank.
