Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Do you mean that after reinstallation of the AVG program you still have the Firewall inactive?
We are unable to pull up your license records, may I know which AVG program you have purchased?
Is it AVG Protection for multidevice or the license for AVG Internet Security program?

Hy,

I have a very annoying problem. Whenever i restart my comp, my AVG internet security says to me that congratulation you have your new AVG free virus system, and I lose the firewall and some options what was in the internet security version. If i retype the activation code, its working fine.
I tryed to reinstall several times, i deleted by the avg removal program, i deleted every notifications from the msconfig.exe, but nothing changed, I still have the same problem. I use win7 ultimate.
I would appreciate if you could help, thanks a lot.

Now i received again the notification, and it said now that my license is fine, to use the internet security version click to restart the virus system, i click on it, then i receive an error message with 0xE001F90F code about the installation failure…
